What’s left is your part.

"Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved…" (Acts 16:31a NIV)

If you have never believed in Jesus, then there is a gift sitting unopened before you. This gift won’t necessarily solve your problems. In all likelihood it will create more. This gift won’t gain you fortune or influence. In all likelihood it will loose them. But, what this gift will give you is peace with your Heavenly Father. Your creator.

The answer is so simple: Pray to God. Ask His forgiveness. Turn away from sin. And believe that Jesus is God, that He loves you and that He has forgiven you. Allow Him to be the master of your life and He will fill you with joy like you have never known.

If you are a Christian, I hope that this has encouraged you to continue seeking after your first love. The price paid was so high that, like Paul, we ought to run the race to win.
