I am still working on my new whistle design. I ran into some production problems and then COVID hit and interrupted my silver supplier. So... I'm still working on it, but it'll be a while longer. Hopefully sometime in 2021. Thanks for your understanding.
I cover workmanship for a period of 1 year from the purchase date.
If during the first year your flute is injured as the result of an adventure, I will repair or replace up to two sections of your flute (total for the year) as long as you are able to send the entire flute back to me, including the rings. A fee will be assessed for repair or replacement of the rings. This does not extend to minor cosmetic blemishes.
I will be happy to quote repair fees should damage occur following the guarantee period.
I'm hopeful that you will fall in love with your flute, however, I know that every relationship is not meant to be. With that in mind, DURING the 5th week of ownership you may return your flute. I will refund the purchase price minus a $50 restocking fee. Auction flutes, due to the special nature of their purchase, may not be returned.
